Blanc Browser removes the standard tab strip and toolbar, placing all navigation, search, tab switching and page controls into a single floating Island. Ad blocking and tracker prevention run at the network layer, independent of extension limitations, and a shield indicator reports blocked content per site. Quiet tabs release unused memory automatically, private tabs leave no session trace, and Named Groups keep related pages organized.
The program supports macOS, Windows and Linux with a unified control surface. Glance opens a temporary reference page beside the active one without disturbing the current session. Named Workspaces save full window states and restore them on demand for Patron subscribers. End-to-end encrypted sync provides a read-only view of open tabs on other devices without merging sessions.
Blanc includes sandboxed page processes, signed releases and device-bound Touch ID passkeys on macOS. Local profiles separate browsing identities, and a keyboard-first command palette handles tab switching, history, Favorites and browser commands. The software is free, with an optional paid tier for extra Dock colors and workspace saving on all platforms.
