Notavi is a desktop program that writes procedures from work a person performs on a computer. A keyboard shortcut saves each step with a screenshot, and the software assembles the captures into a numbered guide using one consistent template. Files remain in a folder the user controls, including common cloud storage services, and the AI writeup is optional and paid. The program is available for Mac and Windows.
Teams use Notavi to keep operational knowledge out of individual memory and inside a searchable library. It detects near-duplicate guides, maintains version histories with plain-language notes, and groups related procedures into runbooks with sign-off sheets. Exports are produced as PDF, web page, or Word documents in eleven languages. Capture happens only when a shortcut is pressed, with no background recording.
