Rovyl is a cursor-centered shortcut wheel for Windows. Hold a mouse button and a circular menu appears under the pointer. Release over an item to start it. The wheel contains applications, files, folders, URLs, and commands.
The program reads installed apps from the Start Menu and places them into separate workspaces. Each workspace has its own colour and trigger number. A fullscreen guard blocks the wheel from appearing over games when configured.
All configuration is stored on the local computer. The program sends no data anywhere. It runs from the system tray and does not open a permanent window. Users who want a fast, mouse-driven launcher without cloud features can use Rovyl as a daily tool.
