Sesli Okuma reads selected text from any Windows application with one key press. It handles Turkish and English content using separate voice profiles. A second key translates and speaks the translation. The bottom mini bar shows the current sentence during reading with pause and skip controls. The program installs per user and works without administrator rights.
The application includes neural voice support through a one-click adapter installation. Microsoft online voices for Turkish and English become available directly in the voice dropdown. Reading speed can be adjusted during playback. The tray panel switches interface language among eight options without restarting.
Sesli Okuma respects local processing: all speech happens through the Windows SAPI provider on the user's machine. Translation requests go to MyMemory or DeepL depending on configuration. No reading history is stored. The program checks for updates daily and verifies downloads before installing.
