Todori combines task management and calendar functions in one application. The system records to-do boards with categories and sub-steps, then places related events and deadlines on the same timeline. Countdown and anniversary tracking are included as native calendar entries, not separate widgets.
The program stores sticky memos alongside scheduled items. Memo pages support rich text and operate independently from dates. Alert rules can be configured per user, and a morning briefing consolidates yesterday and today into one report. Changes synchronize instantly across web, Windows, and macOS versions, with offline edits merging after reconnection.
The desktop versions use the same account and data backend as the web client. A Windows installer and a macOS disk image are available. The interface does not require switching between separate modules for tasks, events, and notes, because all records share one searchable workspace and one synchronization layer.
