Hardware Clinic is a bootable USB diagnostic environment for 64-bit UEFI PCs and Intel Macs. It starts in about one second without Windows, Linux or any installed operating system. A technician plugs in the stick, boots the machine and immediately reaches a full diagnostic bench covering memory, storage, processor, graphics, cooling and connected peripherals.
Hardware Clinic combines rapid health checks with deep testing tools. It reads SMART data, runs surface scans, executes multi-core memory tests and performs sustained processor stress with per-core temperature analysis. Rescue functions copy files from unbootable NTFS, ext4 and APFS volumes, clone failing drives and rebuild damaged boot and partition tables.
Every result carries a signature made with the USB stick's own key, and the included verify script checks reports, certificates and QR codes later. Secure wipe produces a signed certificate for resale or disposal. The software is free for personal use, while repair shops and businesses require a commercial licence that adds signed builds and fleet features.
