Moldum turns a folder of ordinary documents into a reusable template and produces a numbered project from it. Placeholders written in file names and inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are replaced with the values entered in a short form. The program checks existing folders to propose the next number in a series and keeps the resulting structure consistent. Templates made for Post Haste import directly, and the free edition places no limit on the number of projects created.
The program targets studios, agencies and administrative teams that repeat the same folder structure for every job. Each template stores subfolders, documents and placeholders, and each new project receives the data typed once into the form. Moldum Pro extends this with formatted placeholders, calculated fields, repeating lists, phases and deadlines, bulk creation from CSV, and templates stored on a shared network folder for several people to use.
Moldum runs on Windows and, in beta, on macOS and Linux, in Spanish and English. The free version covers document filling, numbering, history and Post Haste import without an account. A one-time purchase unlocks Pro on up to three computers for life. Documents are processed on the local machine and do not leave it, and internet access is required only for licence activation and optional update checks.
