OriginPage — Free Download. Private document search

OriginPage is a desktop tool for Windows 11 that works with your own PDF, DOCX and TXT files. It searches across selected documents, answers questions from their content and ties each supported statement to a saved source passage. Workspaces keep separate projects apart, while conversations and question scope persist over time. Scanned pages pass through OCR review before their text becomes searchable, so only verified material enters the index.

All processing happens on the local computer. Document extraction, indexing, search and answer generation run without uploading files or contacting a cloud model. When the chosen documents do not support an answer, the application states that the evidence is insufficient rather than adding outside information. Original files are never altered, and imported copies stay in local storage. Direct search modes cover hybrid, exact phrase, keyword and semantic matching.

The application is sold through the Microsoft Store as a one-time purchase, with a seven-day trial available to eligible customers. It requires a 64-bit Windows 11 PC with at least 8 GB of memory and roughly 3.8 GB of free space. English documents and English OCR are supported in the current release. No account or separate model download is needed for ordinary document work.
