LeviLauncher

LeviLauncher — Free Download. Minecraft Bedrock manager

LeviLauncher is a desktop application for Windows that manages Minecraft Bedrock Edition installations. It provides tools for installing separate Release or Preview builds, isolating game data, organizing content packs, and applying mods through ZIP, DLL, or LeviLamina workflows. The program focuses on keeping multiple Minecraft configurations under direct control without mixing files with the default AppData installation.

  • Version-first workflow. This function installs, renames, launches, and removes Minecraft Release or Preview builds as independent entries. Each version receives its own folder and launch profile, so switching between different game updates does not overwrite settings, worlds, or cached files. Users can keep an older stable build next to a newer preview build and run either one at any time. The launcher tracks the installed version identifier and exposes direct controls for starting or deleting that specific setup.
  • Clean isolation. Isolation redirects worlds, resource packs, behavior packs, and game files away from the standard AppData location. When enabled, the launcher creates a separate container for a selected installation. This keeps experimental mods, test worlds, or older content from affecting the main Minecraft profile. It also reduces the risk of data loss when removing a problematic build because only the isolated folder is touched.
  • Content toolkit. The content manager lists and organizes worlds, resource packs, behavior packs, skin packs, screenshots, and server lists from one interface. Users can import, export, delete, or move content between isolated installations. The toolkit also resolves duplicate names and shows metadata such as file size and pack version. This removes the need to manually browse hidden game directories to locate or transfer content.
  • Mod-ready environment. LeviLauncher supports importing mods from ZIP archives or DLL files directly into a selected installation. It includes a CurseForge browser for discovering compatible Bedrock content and integrates LIP or LeviLamina workflows for script-based or native mod loading. The launcher checks mod dependencies and reports conflicts before launch. This function targets advanced setups where manual mod placement would otherwise require external tools or file editing.
  • World utilities. World utilities provide backup creation, export of world folders, inspection of world data, and selective editing of level.dat fields. Users can change world name, game mode, difficulty, or spawn coordinates without opening Minecraft. The editor validates values before writing and keeps a backup copy of the original file. This function is intended for repairing broken worlds or preparing custom scenarios before a server session.
  • User-focused settings. The settings panel controls interface language, visual theme, download behavior, privacy options, update channel, and component status. Download behavior includes connection timeout, retry count, and bandwidth limit for obtaining game files. Privacy options disable telemetry or anonymous usage reporting. Update channel selection lets users stay on stable launcher builds or receive pre-release versions. Component status shows whether prerequisites such as VC++ runtime or .NET Desktop Runtime are installed and functional.
  • Requirements installer. LeviLauncher detects missing Windows prerequisites and offers to install them from official Microsoft sources. This includes Visual C++ Redistributable packages and .NET Desktop Runtime versions required by the launcher or by specific Minecraft builds. The installer verifies checksums before execution and logs all changes. After installation, the launcher re-scans the system and updates component status without requiring a full restart.
  • Launch profiles. Each Minecraft installation can have multiple launch profiles with different arguments, environment variables, or mod loaders. Profiles store working directory, renderer settings, and memory limits. Users can duplicate an existing profile, rename it, and adjust parameters for testing. The launch sequence validates that the selected profile matches the installed game version and aborts with a clear error message if a mismatch is detected.
  • Backup scheduler. The backup scheduler automates world and settings backups on a time interval or before each launch. Backups are stored in a user-defined directory with timestamped names. The scheduler keeps a configurable number of recent copies and deletes older ones automatically. This function prevents data loss from crashes or faulty mod updates without requiring manual export steps each session.
  • Diagnostic logs. Diagnostic logs record launcher actions, file operations, network requests, and game launch attempts. The log viewer includes filtering by severity and category. Users can export a compressed log bundle for troubleshooting. The launcher writes logs to a local folder and rotates files when they exceed a size limit. This function helps identify conflicts between mods, corrupted game files, or failed component installations.
  • Server list manager. The server list manager stores Minecraft Bedrock server addresses and credentials locally. Users can add, edit, reorder, or remove servers from a dedicated interface. The manager supports testing network connectivity and latency before launching the game. Server entries can be shared between installations or kept isolated per profile. This replaces manual editing of the in-game server list file.
  • CurseForge integration. CurseForge integration allows browsing, downloading, and installing Bedrock content directly from the launcher. Users can filter by category, game version, and mod loader compatibility. Downloaded files are verified against CurseForge checksums and placed into the correct installation folder. The integration also updates installed mods when a new compatible version is available, with an option to keep the previous version as a fallback.

LeviLauncher development began in 2022 as a private tool for managing multiple Minecraft Bedrock GDK installations on Windows. The original developer created the first versions in C# using the .NET platform, focusing on file isolation and version switching. Early builds were distributed only through a small community forum. In 2023, the project moved to its current domain and introduced automatic prerequisite installation, CurseForge browsing, and LeviLamina mod support. The development team remains small, with contributions from testers who report launch failures and mod compatibility issues. The program is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
