  • Global Hotkey Activation. Executes a search from any Windows application by highlighting a word or phrase and pressing a user-defined key combination. IntelliWebSearch was created by Michael Farrell, an Italian translator and developer who began working on the tool in the early 2000s. Farrell designed the program specifically for the Windows platform and developed it using Delphi, an object-oriented Pascal programming language.
